National Science Day is celebrated in Thriveni Academy each year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C. V. Raman on 28th February 1928. Every year the day celebrated on a theme basis. The theme of this year is "Global Science For Global Well-being". The celebration commenced with school prayer ,followed by various innovative and colourful events occurred in the celebration. In the afternoon, the students of Thriveni exposed their own scientific skills through their working and non-working models in the science expo.

Thriveni Academy hosted a grand farewell ceremony for the students of the Class X and XII batch of 2022-23 on 15th February 2023. The ceremony began with a special Pooja for Saraswathi Amman temple in our school premises,students of class X and XII and along with faculties and principal sir had a soulful prayer for their upcoming board exam. Followed by it, Hayagriva temple visit, where students and teachers had a profound prayer for their success in their upcoming board exam.Then, delicious lunch was provided to all the board exam students and to the all secondary and senior secondary faculties. Next, students' most awaited farewell celebration started where students were gifted with files by the management and the students expressed their sincere gratitude to the school, the principal and to all the faculties.Principal and the teachers conveyed their valuable message to the board students for their bright and prosperous future.

Thriveni Academy celebrated the 33rd Annual Sports Day on 27th and 28th Jan ’23 amidst lot of fun and frolic. The Sports Day started with the arrival of chief guest followed by prayer Song, welcome address, welcome dance, honoring the Chief Guest, Flag hoisting ,Flag song and the march past of the three different houses. After the march past, the students displayed drill, then the chief guest Mr.S.Bhaskaran ICF, Arjuna awardee and Mr World addressed the gathering. He shared about his experience and struggles which he came across and motivated the children to be active in both sports and academics which was followed by the Principal Address. Then the students of the three different houses competed against each other in sports events like relay, 100 metres race, 200 metres race, long jump, sack race, balloon race, lemon & spoon and discus throw. Events were conducted Inter-House wise , it gave a chance to the Students to display their House-spirits. In the end, the winners were awarded medals and certificates.
The celebration began with Tamizh Thai Vazhthu followed by Welcome Address, Flag hoisting, Flag Song, Parade, Principal Address, Patriotic Dance, Tamil Kavithai, English Speech, Group Song, Hindi Speech, Drill Exercise, Tamil Speech, Martial Art and the celebration concluded with Vote of thanks.Republic day was celebrated with patriotic fervor and zest as the children in all grades learned about India’s political history, freedom struggle and the Constitution as a part of their curriculum. They learn how the great sons of the motherland have fought to gain freedom and make India a sovereign state. Therefore, the children feel inspired and participated actively in the Republic Day celebration.
The Students of Thriveni Academy, celebrated Pongal on January 13, 2023. Dressed in colourful ethnic wear, students performed many enthralling songs and dances, drew colourful rangolis, decorated Pongal pots, sugarcanes and made other decorations, enhancing the festival sprit. The celebration began with a Tamil thai vazhthu ,followed by the chief guest speech. Various cultural programs, that including songs, dances and skit, were conducted house- wise; depicting the significance of the Harvest Festival. Students also exhibited their culinary art by cooking 'sakarai pongal'. Children went on bullock cart rides, played Uriyadi - the breaking of the pot. This celebration is observed under the name "karka kasadara" in Thriveni. The overall winners of the program were the students of Ganga House.
Vidyarambham Ceremony 2022
Vijayadashami, or Dasara, celebrated on the day after nine-day
Navaratri festival is observed as Vidyarambham and is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati – the Hindu Goddess of learning. ‘Vidya’ means knowledge and ‘Arambham’ means to begin. Children above the age of 3 usually takes Vidyarambham on the day.
On the Vidyarambham day October 5th 2022, Thriveni Academy introduced the young children into the world of alphabets or letters and they took the first step into the world of knowledge.
